course rules & etiquette

PROPER DRESS IS REQUIRED

Fox Run Golf Club requires appropriate golf attire for men and ladies. This dress code applies to juniors as well as adult golfers. The dress code is relaxed at the driving range, although it is recommended. Fox Run Golf Club does not allow metal spikes.

registration & play

All members and guests of Fox Run Golf Club are required to check-in at the Pro Shop at least 20 minutes prior to play. A member checking in for more than one player will be responsible for the names of the players and appropriate fees. All play on the golf course will begin on the first hole unless otherwise directed by the Pro Shop Staff.

groups

Groups will be paired together at busy times and no more than four players are allowed at any time—no exceptions will be made. Standard play for the course is in foursomes and they will have priority.

Ball Marks & Divots

We ask you to repair all ball marks made and either replace your divots or fill them with the divot mix provided on your golf carts. We cannot stress how important this is to the overall condition of the course. We thank you in advance for your attention to the course as it results in better playing conditions for all.

Cancellation Policy

The card used to book your tee time will be charged for any green fees booked and not cancelled within 72 hours.

Rain Policy

18-hole rounds:

• If you have played less than 6 holes, a 18-hole rain check will be issued.
• If you have played 6 to 12 holes, a 9-hole rain check will be issued.
• If you have completed more than 12 holes, your round will be deemed complete, and no rain check will be issued.

9-hole rounds:

• If you have played less than 5 holes, a 9-hole rain check will be issued.
• If you have completed your 5 or more holes, your round will be deemed complete, and no rain check will be issued.

Rain checks are valid for the golfing season only. Monday rain checks are valid for Mondays only.

Pace of Play

The established pace of play of our course is 4 hours and 20 minutes. Our rangers will help to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience by maintaining the pace of play and that all players keep up with the group in front of them.

Frost Delay

Following the delay, all tee times will proceed at the original scheduled order for that day.

Rental Clubs

We have rental sets available upon request in the Pro Shop. $40/set per 18 holes. One set of clubs per player is required.

Cart Damages

Any of our lessees are responsible for any unforeseen cart damages that occur during their round of golf.

BAG DROP

For your convenience the bag drop will be in operation during prime business hours. For better service, we encourage you to use the bag drop when playing at Fox Run Golf Club. Should you feel you receive excellent service from the outside staff, it is acceptable to provide a gratuity.
